Teams at Genius AI

Own the vision, governance, and execution of Genius AI’s design system. Build scalable component libraries, design tokens, Figma libraries, documentation, and accessibility standards across mobile and web. Partner with engineering on design-to-development handoff, support a company-wide rebrand, improve tooling with AI workflows, mentor designers, and influence roadmap priorities. The role requires strong product design and systems expertise, advanced Figma skills, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling production design systems.

Own and evolve Genius AI’s design system, including component libraries, design tokens, Figma libraries, documentation, governance, accessibility, and design-to-development workflows. Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to drive adoption, support a company-wide rebrand, improve tooling with AI-powered workflows, influence roadmap priorities, and mentor designers.

Lead a platform engineering team responsible for tier-zero systems, identity, permissions, sessions, and messaging infrastructure. Own delivery, quality, architecture, technical debt, and team development while partnering with Product, Design, and Recruiting. Embed AI tooling into engineering workflows and build AI-powered automation to improve productivity. The role also involves hiring, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and connecting platform outcomes to customer value.
