Lead strategy and operations for Customer Experience to scale support without proportional headcount growth. Build CX cost models, design AI-powered deflection and automation, own CX tech stack and vendor choices, redesign service models and sales-to-support handoffs, align forecasts with Finance and Product, run weekly experiments to measure and scale improvements.

Lead brand and visual design across campaigns, web, performance, events, and video. Evolve scalable visual identity systems, art direct photography/illustration, mentor designers, integrate AI tooling, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative with strong attention to detail.
