Provides client-facing technical leadership across infrastructure, power, mechanical, cooling, cabling, BMS integration, testing, and commissioning. Manage the full lifecycle of data center design and construction projects, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, vendor coordination, quality assurance, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, testing and commissioning, stakeholder management, and project closeout. The role oversees critical infrastructure installation, six levels of testing through integrated systems testing, defect resolution, as-built documentation, operations handover, and post-project performance evaluation.
