Senior. Corporate Communications Manager(STT GDC)

Job Description As the Sr. Corporate Communications Manager, you will serve as the primary storyteller, corporate messaging architect, and custodian of industry credibility for STTGDC Philippines. Working directly under the Head of Product & Marketing, you will shape the narrative of one of the country’s leading data center providers, driving thought leadership and positioning our executive leadership - including our CEO - for high-profile media, keynotes, and industry discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Communications & Strategic Messaging
  • Draft all press releases, executive talking points, scripts, company-wide announcements and community initiatives.
  • Develop high-impact speechwriting, keynotes, and interview prep materials for the CEO and senior leadership.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for company facts, metrics, and official narrative positioning.

• Public & Analyst Relations
  • Pitch strategic stories to tier-one tech, business, and regional trade media.
  • Cultivate and manage direct relationships with key industry analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, DCD, Uptime Institute) to secure favorable positioning and report placements.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for industry awards submissions to secure top-tier market recognition.

• Content Strategy & Copywriting
  • Direct and manage the master editorial calendar, defining core thought leadership themes across the organization.
  • Execute foundational copywriting and editorial oversight for key corporate assets, whitepapers, and market campaigns.

• Crisis Communications
  • Own, maintain, and execute the crisis communication playbook for operational incidents, power disruptions, downtime, or security events.
  • Act as the core communications lead during active incidents to ensure fast, aligned, and precise stakeholder messaging.

• Awards and Recognition

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or executive communications, ideally within data centers, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or enterprise technology.
• Outstanding storytelling and executive speechwriting capabilities with a track record of supporting C-level executives.
• Established media network in tech/business press and experience interfacing with global analyst firms.
• Proven crisis communications leadership in fast-paced, high-stakes operational environments.
• Exceptional strategic judgment, sharp editorial precision, and strong project management skills.
