Work with the Manager, Business Architecture to gather and document requirements, support UAT and testing, liaise with stakeholders and clients, maintain documentation (Atlassian), reconcile client reports, and identify process improvements to support innovation delivery within Depositary, CSD, & Issuer Services.

Contribute to development and maintenance of desktop and web applications using C#/.NET under senior guidance. Participate in agile SDLC, work with databases, write unit tests, build automation tools, and learn best practices for secure, maintainable enterprise software.

Test and validate web and Windows applications to ensure they meet business requirements. Develop and execute manual test cases and plans, report and track defects in Jira/Confluence, collaborate with development and business teams, and support security and compliance policies.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for large, complex financial institution clients: create project plans, coordinate stakeholders, run meetings, track progress, surface risks, report status, and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency.
