Manage and oversee execution of marketing, creative, digital, and strategy projects from kickoff to completion. Maintain timelines, scopes, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans; delegate and train junior staff; produce client-facing budgets and timelines; identify risks and recommend optimizations; support new business efforts and cross-functional staffing.

Manage multiple client accounts across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are on-strategy, on-time, on-budget. Lead internal meetings and project kick-offs, review and refine deliverables, prepare budgets/billing/proposals, present strategy to clients, identify growth opportunities, and support new business. Serve as trusted day-to-day client contact and counselor, anticipating needs and driving integrated campaign and digital initiatives.

Lead client engagements to design integrated digital, technology, and data strategies across websites, demand generation, marketing technology, analytics and customer experience. Serve as trusted advisor, guide cross-functional teams from strategy through activation, present to senior stakeholders, evaluate performance, and help evolve digital offerings and responsible AI use cases.

Perform day-to-day accounts payable and receivable tasks including vendor setup and management, cash receipts, ACH/wire initiation, corporate card and expense-report review, contractor hour reconciliation, weekly AR reporting, and ad hoc reporting. Support treasury, audits, Form 1099 preparation, and process improvements (including responsible AI tool use). Maintain W9s and ensure coding and compliance for billable and administrative expenses.

Lead and execute creative concepts across digital, social, video, OOH, events and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present work to clients, maintain brand continuity, mentor creatives, and drive projects from kickoff through final implementation while meeting creative and financial objectives.

This role manages office services, coordinates logistics for events, provides administrative support, maintains operations, and enhances the employee experience at the Kansas City office.
