Lead and execute creative concepts across digital, social, video, OOH, events and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, present work to clients, maintain brand continuity, mentor creatives, and drive projects from kickoff through final implementation while meeting creative and financial objectives.

Lead and standardize project management across accounts, overseeing estimates, budgets, timelines and delivery for complex, ambiguous projects. Serve as strategic partner to project leads, mentor PM staff, identify operational improvements, support new business, and ensure financial health and cross-functional collaboration.

This role manages office services, coordinates logistics for events, provides administrative support, maintains operations, and enhances the employee experience at the Kansas City office.
