Manages client partnerships and integrated public affairs and corporate communications initiatives. Responsibilities include influencer and social media campaigns, stakeholder and media relations, reputation management, strategic messaging, client counseling, project leadership, deliverable review, budgeting, proposals, and cross-functional campaign coordination. The role translates complex policy and legislative issues into compelling communications and supports new business efforts while using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Leads earned media strategy and execution for agriculture-focused clients, managing media relationships, client partnerships, account outcomes, budgets, deliverables, and team development. Develops media strategies, releases, talking points, and event support; presents recommendations to clients; oversees account financial health; identifies growth and new business opportunities; and provides strategic consultation based on agriculture and life sciences industry expertise.

Leads company-wide talent acquisition strategy and day-to-day recruiting, including complex senior searches, workforce planning, talent pipelines, process optimization, recruiting analytics, and stakeholder advising. Oversees the Manager of Talent Acquisition and external recruiting partnerships while improving candidate experience, hiring practices, reporting, and talent programs. Partners with business, People & Operations, and Finance leaders to align hiring priorities with organizational growth.
