Leads regional sales performance across the South region while managing and developing 8–10 Business Managers. Owns revenue, case volume, product placement, margin, gross profit, forecasting, sales planning, customer relationships, market expansion, and execution of company initiatives. Requires frequent field travel, direct customer engagement, performance coaching, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Reviews and updates imported food product labels to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and state regulations. Manages allergen, ingredient, disclosure, claim, and regulatory-change requirements across a large product portfolio. Coordinates with suppliers, QA, Marketing, and Procurement to resolve documentation issues, assess compliance risks, reduce review backlogs, and support product launches. Develops labeling SOPs and maintains compliance processes.

Provide hands-on HR support across multi-state locations including HRIS management (Paycom), recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll/timekeeping support, compliance (OSHA, I-9), training coordination, incident tracking, and general HR administration. Collaborate with HR managers to ensure accurate records, reporting, and consistent HR practices across Illinois, Texas, California, and New Jersey locations.
