Provides business application support for AI, B2B commerce, EDI, and web platforms, including troubleshooting, administration, configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation. Serves as the Houston site’s primary IT contact, supporting users, devices, networking, warehouse technology, cybersecurity controls, hardware inventory, service tickets, vendors, and technology projects.

Manages full-spectrum HR operations across multiple facilities, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, performance management, compliance, training, investigations, and workforce planning. Partners with facility leaders, maintains HRIS records, conducts I-9 audits, supports employee engagement and DEI initiatives, and develops HR policies. The role requires strong employment-law knowledge, multi-site HR experience, bilingual Spanish and English communication, and occasional travel to assigned facilities.

Leads regional sales performance across the South region while managing and developing 8–10 Business Managers. Owns revenue, case volume, product placement, margin, gross profit, forecasting, sales planning, customer relationships, market expansion, and execution of company initiatives. Requires frequent field travel, direct customer engagement, performance coaching, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
