Create high-quality 3D visual effects (smoke, fire, water, explosions, magic, environment) for teasers, trailers and marketing. Develop, integrate and optimize simulations into the production pipeline, collaborate with directors and artists, implement feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain organized files, and deliver polished work on deadline.

Coordinate and manage the 2D post-production pipeline: track shots, oversee retakes, QC, vendor deliveries, version control, final exports and broadcast/streaming compliance while liaising with creative and production leads to meet schedules and technical standards.

Manage supplier sourcing for consumer products, collectibles, and apparel. Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate and manage suppliers, negotiate terms, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance, support product development on materials and manufacturing, set inspection and QA metrics, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective production.

Run day-to-day marketing production for a team of artists, project-manage creation of videos, photos, animations and graphics, plan campaigns and shoots, and build scalable systems and workflows (Airtable/Asana) to improve efficiency and asset organization.
