Owns the design, governance, quality, rollout, and adoption of production systems across animation shows. The role translates production needs into data structures, specifications, workflows, reporting, training, and system standards using ShotGrid, spreadsheets, and related tools. It partners with production and technology teams, audits data quality, manages show setup and closeout, supports system requests, and ensures production information is reliable for scheduling, capacity planning, and reporting.

Provide first-line technical support for artists and staff across hardware, software, networks, accounts, and creative applications. Responsibilities include hardware repair, AV and meeting technology maintenance, animation software support, Active Directory and Google Enterprise administration, cybersecurity measures, Perforce management, network monitoring, virtualization, documentation, troubleshooting, and technology inventory. The role supports a global team and requires strong communication, organization, prioritization, and hands-on technical skills.

Manage day-to-day Business Systems operations by coordinating initiatives, tracking milestones, leading change management, documenting workflows, triaging requests, auditing system usage, and supporting governance. The role partners across departments to improve processes, roll out systems, prepare training materials, monitor adoption, report on system health, and ensure projects and operational priorities remain on track.
