Manage day-to-day Business Systems operations by coordinating initiatives, tracking milestones, leading change management, documenting workflows, triaging requests, auditing system usage, and supporting governance. The role partners across departments to improve processes, roll out systems, prepare training materials, monitor adoption, report on system health, and ensure projects and operational priorities remain on track.

Provide first-line technical support for artists and staff, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, AV equipment, network systems, and creative software. Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies, Google Enterprise users, cybersecurity tools, Perforce, virtualization platforms, monitoring tools, and office inventory. Document incidents, network changes, maintenance procedures, and helpdesk guidance while recommending improvements to infrastructure and supporting a global technology team.

Provide frontline technical support for pipeline tools and systems, resolving and documenting tickets, managing software licenses and access issues, escalating complex problems, identifying recurring trends, QAing developer tools, and maintaining clear documentation. The role supports artists and staff with patient communication while using Python scripting and debugging skills to handle straightforward fixes independently and improve support workflows.
