The Tradesworker is responsible for maintenance and operations of the Glenview Community Ice Center, including inspections, ice resurfacing, and managing mechanical systems.

The Park Planner designs and oversees park development projects, ensuring compliance with budgets and regulations, while engaging the community for input. Responsibilities include budget preparation and managing ADA compliance plans.

Lead district-wide marketing, branding, and community engagement. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage a marketing team and contractors, oversee content, website, media relations, sponsorships, budgets, and data-driven measurement, and represent the district to community partners.

Venue Supervisors manage event spaces, ensure readiness, provide customer service during events, and monitor safety. They perform light maintenance and assist with special events.

Lead and perform ecological restoration tasks including invasive species control, prescribed burns, seed collection, plant propagation, and public outreach. Develop and implement land management and burn plans, maintain records and maps, coordinate staff and volunteers, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist other park district staff with restoration and training.

The Finance Director manages all financial activities, ensuring integrity in financial systems, overseeing budgets, audits, and strategic financial planning, while supervising staff and communicating with leadership.

The Safety Specialist assists in the District-wide safety and risk management program, conducts safety training, and oversees compliance through inspections, incident records, and emergency preparedness planning.
