Sell Gladia's audio AI API to developer-led teams and enterprises. Run a repeatable sales process, map and own territory accounts, qualify opportunities, negotiate pricing and terms, expand accounts, and close technically complex deals while keeping an accurate pipeline and forecasts.

Design and build immersive web experiences, marketing materials, internal brand systems, and product interfaces. Own Gladia’s visual identity across digital and multimedia formats while developing code-based design systems and AI-powered asset generation tools. Work directly with Next.js, HTML, CSS, GitHub, Vercel, and AI tools, operating autonomously and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Own and scale Gladia’s brand across its website, marketing assets, decks, video, and internal products. Design and maintain the hand-coded Next.js website using Cursor and Vercel, extend the visual identity into new formats, contribute to internal product design, deliver creative quickly, use AI tools, and independently manage agencies and freelancers.

Lead and scale Gladia's full commercial engine—sales, partnerships, customer success, and forward-deployed engineering—to grow ARR from single-digit millions to tens of millions. Build GTM, pricing, enterprise sales playbooks, partner channels (including OVHcloud), and predictable processes; personally drive strategic complex deals while hiring and leveling the international revenue team.
