Developer Relations Manager

Our API turns real-world conversational audio into accurate, structured, real-time output — powered by our proprietary Solaria ASR, across 100+ languages, with industry-leading latency.

Hundreds of companies build their voice products on Gladia — from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms. We started in Paris, our growth is developer-led and heavily US-driven (and we're going after the US market hard).

Gladia's growth is developer-led: most of our customers first meet us through our API, our docs, and other developers. As our Developer Relations Manager, you make sure that first contact turns into a successful build — and that what developers tell us makes it back into the product.

You'll be the public face of Gladia for developers building voice products — meeting assistants, voice agents, contact-center and sales-enablement platforms — with a strong focus on the US market. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing, and you'll be measured on outcomes (adoption, activation, retention).

We want someone who understands what developers are trying to build, helps them get there faster, and builds lasting relationships with the community.

• Own developer engagement end-to-end: understand developer needs, remove friction, and help them build successfully with Gladia

• Create high-impact technical content — tutorials, demos, sample apps, blog posts, videos, talks, and docs contributions — that solves real problems and drives adoption

• Represent Gladia at conferences, meetups, hackathons, customer events, and in online communities

• Build and nurture relationships with developers, partners, and community leaders across the voice AI ecosystem

• Be the voice of the community internally: turn developer feedback into clear, actionable input for product, engineering, and marketing

• Design and run scalable DevRel programs: events, ambassador programs, partnerships, and community channels

• Define and track DevRel metrics — adoption, activation, retention, community health — and use them to decide where to invest

• Continuously raise the bar on developer experience, from first API call to production

• 3+ years in developer relations or developer advocacy, ideally for an API or infrastructure product

• Technical enough to build demos and sample apps yourself and to talk credibly with engineers

• Excellent public speaker and writer, comfortable across formats (stage, video, written, live coding)

• Experience building and engaging technical communities, online and in person

• Good judgment, tact, and humor when handling complex or sensitive community situations

• Autonomous and organized: you set your own priorities and manage several in parallel

• Fluent English

• Experience leading a DevRel or community program (not only contributing to one)

• Prior hands-on software engineering experience

• Familiarity with speech, audio, or AI/ML APIs

• Experience with open source projects and culture

• An existing network in developer communities and on social platforms

• This role is ideally based in Paris where you can work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking budget.
