Own Gladia’s developer relations strategy by creating technical content, building developer communities, representing the company at events, managing partnerships and ambassador programs, and translating developer feedback into product improvements. The role focuses on increasing API adoption, activation, retention, and developer experience, particularly within the US voice AI ecosystem.

Own Gladia’s product positioning, messaging, sales enablement, product launches, market and user research, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and buyer personas. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to support multiple customer segments, equip sales teams, inform product decisions, and successfully bring new products to market.
