Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, third-party networks). Own campaign performance, attribution, tracking, funnel metrics, and ROI. Design and run experiments, coordinate with product and tech teams, monitor funnels/events, and report on budget, acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability.

Ensure and maintain visual merchandising standards across stores: plan and execute displays and campaigns, set up new stores, audit locations, train staff, coordinate with managers and vendors, monitor sales impact, and manage travel and reporting.

Create visual concepts and layouts for web, social, print, and branding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage design projects from concept to completion, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. Stay current on design trends and share knowledge with the team.
