Ensure reliability, security, observability, and quality through automation, monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting. Lead architecture and scaling of a cross-platform endpoint agent (macOS/Linux/Windows) that detects secrets on developers' machines. Mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, contribute core Rust and Python/Django code, collaborate with Product, and ensure compliance and secure cloud deployments.

Lead offensive-focused research into secrets exposure in agentic AI and modern infrastructure. Investigate attack techniques, reverse engineer binaries and malicious packages, analyze telemetry and datasets, prototype exploit/detection tooling, collaborate with engineering to improve secret validation, and publish 2–3 technical deep-dives or talks per quarter.

Design, implement and operate the Core platform layer: identity, provisioning, RBAC, APIs, notifications, billing, and observability. Migrate customers to a platform architecture, scale GitHub check runs, redesign plan architecture, decompose a large Django monolith, and improve onboarding and integration health checks. Own end-to-end delivery, mentor peers, and drive quality standards.

Lead technical vision and architecture, mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, and design scalable, high-performance systems. Collaborate with product and design, perform hands-on development and code reviews, integrate ML and security features, ensure code quality, and address large-scale scanning, deployment, and reliability challenges in cloud/containerized environments.

Optimize and administer sales tooling and CRM, ensure data integrity, automate repetitive tasks, enable new-hire ramp-up and training, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver data-driven sales analytics and reporting.

Join the Incidents Squad to build, scale, and stabilize LLM-powered features across the incident lifecycle. Implement agentic workflows, improve reliability, latency, robustness, observability, and productionize AI systems while partnering with ML engineers and shaping platform orchestration and performance.

Lead and execute demand generation, field marketing, and GTM engineering to drive pipeline and ARR growth. Build ABM at scale, optimize channel spend and CAC, align marketing with Sales/BDR, own events and practitioner community programs, and manage GTM tooling and AI-powered personalization. Recruit, coach, and report pipeline performance to the executive team.

Design and deploy production AI agents and specs-to-production pipelines to automate engineering tasks (bug triage, diagnostics, patch suggestions, code review). Build automated workflows from design to merge-ready code, improve test generation and AI-assisted validation, consolidate team AI practices, and co-own the AI toolchain roadmap while embedding with feature teams.

Support extended enterprise sales cycles as the technical product expert: run PoCs, perform demos, architect custom workflows, assist Account Executives, handle Tier 1 post-sales support, and create technical collateral with Product and Marketing to demonstrate value and fit of GitGuardian's secrets-detection platform.

Hunt and close enterprise accounts across DACH (primary Switzerland) for a secrets-detection cybersecurity platform. Run full sales cycles, engage CISOs/CTOs/AppSec leads, build pipeline using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, forecast, collaborate with Sales Engineers and Customer Success, and drive account expansion.

Own full enterprise sales cycle across the TOLA territory: outbound hunting, pipeline generation, running POCs/POVs, negotiating multi-stakeholder deals, forecasting, and evangelizing GitGuardians secrets-detection and governance products to security and engineering leadership.

Own and grow a small portfolio of Fortune 500 and highly regulated enterprise accounts. Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CISOs and engineering leaders, execute account penetration and expansion strategies, displace incumbents, and maintain disciplined pipeline and forecasting.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for Benelux: prospect (50%), demo and qualify technical buyers (CISOs/CTOs), use sales tools to map accounts, close deals, and exceed quota targeting developer/security/devops teams.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable data platform and ELT pipelines; model data in Snowflake; ingest from PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch and third-party APIs; power BI and product analytics; ensure data quality and governance; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor other engineers.

Own end-to-end multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns (paid digital, content syndication, webinars, outbound). Manage budgets, optimize performance, build nurture flows, align with Sales/BDR, and report on pipeline contribution to drive enterprise pipeline in North America and Europe.

Lead a 3-person SRE team to design, operate, and secure GitGuardian's SaaS platform. Ensure scalability, availability, monitoring, backups, data durability (large S3/ClickHouse/Elasticsearch datasets), cost optimization, SOC2/security compliance, on-call improvements, developer support, documentation, and cross-team collaboration while managing people, sprints, and technical strategy.

Lead development of a scalable go-to-market operating model. Own GTM narrative, product launch messaging, sales enablement, onboarding and certification, customer-facing programs, and strategic GTM initiatives to align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and leadership for consistent, high-quality execution and market impact.

Manage full enterprise sales cycle for Benelux: prospect (50%), demo and qualify clients, engage CISOs/CTOs, use sales tools, close deals to meet quota, collaborate with SEs and AMs, and grow GitGuardian adoption among developer-heavy organizations.

Own full enterprise sales cycles across the US South East: prospect, run complex POCs/POVs, align multi-stakeholder buying teams, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, and grow GitGuardian adoption among security, engineering, and DevOps teams.
