Collaborate with People, Talent Acquisition, and executive teams to improve employee experience and organizational performance.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads across Iberia and other European territories through calls, email, social media, networking, and events. Research prospects, identify decision-makers, conduct discovery, build relationships, schedule sales meetings, and maintain accurate CRM records. Collaborate with sales teams, monitor market trends, and manage a high volume of leads. The role requires Spanish and Portuguese fluency, English proficiency, cold-calling experience, resilience, organization, and approximately 20% travel.

Own and expand a focused portfolio of Fortune 500 and highly regulated enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships with CISOs, application security and platform engineering leaders, navigate complex buying committees, displace incumbent vendors, and execute multi-year account expansion strategies. The role requires disciplined pipeline and forecast management, strategic account planning, competitive enterprise software or security sales experience, and autonomous execution across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
