Develop and scale GitGuardian’s Django-based integrations and secret-scanning systems. Own features end to end, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and production support. Improve reliability, observability, performance, and user experience while resolving incidents and preventing recurrence. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teammates, using AI-assisted development workflows and contributing across backend systems, distributed integrations, and potentially React/TypeScript frontend features.

Build and maintain data models, ingestion pipelines, and analytics infrastructure using Python, SQL, Snowpark, PySpark, Dagster, Snowflake, and AWS. Own data topics end to end, collaborate with business stakeholders to define metrics, monitor pipeline operations, investigate data issues, and ensure code quality through testing and documentation. The role also supports internal AI tools and requires working onsite three days per week.

Own the US employee experience across the full lifecycle, partnering with go-to-market leaders on performance, employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, compensation, onboarding, offboarding, immigration, and mobility. The role manages multi-state HR requirements through a PEO, supports US visa sponsorship, improves HR workflows with automation, and collaborates with teams in the US and France. Travel to Paris two to three times annually is required.
