Design, administer, and improve self-hosted Kubernetes infrastructure and releases. Ensure reliability, security, observability, and quality through automation, monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting. Maintain GitLab CI and review-app environments, support new service deployments, advise engineering teams on DevOps architectures, and provide Level 3 customer support, including occasional customer calls.

Lead architecture and scaling of a cross-platform endpoint agent (macOS/Linux/Windows) that detects secrets on developers' machines. Mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, contribute core Rust and Python/Django code, collaborate with Product, and ensure compliance and secure cloud deployments.

Lead offensive-focused research into secrets exposure in agentic AI and modern infrastructure. Investigate attack techniques, reverse engineer binaries and malicious packages, analyze telemetry and datasets, prototype exploit/detection tooling, collaborate with engineering to improve secret validation, and publish 2–3 technical deep-dives or talks per quarter.
