Develops and executes community recruitment strategies to increase Girl Scout participation and adult volunteer engagement. Builds relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, faith-based institutions, and local leaders; generates and follows up on leads; organizes recruitment events; tracks prospects through onboarding; prepares activity reports; and works toward membership growth targets across an assigned geographic area.

Manages strategic and cross-functional projects for the Mission Delivery department, tracking plans, processes, tasks, and outcomes. Provides administrative support to the Chief Mission Delivery Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, reports, dashboards, travel, expenses, invoices, budgets, and document management. Collaborates across departments, supports board and executive reporting, improves workflows, and assists with special projects and organizational initiatives.
