Manage commercial construction estimating and bidding: review plans and specs, prepare online plan rooms, solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids, develop scopes of work and budgets, submit owner proposals, coordinate with construction team, and support value-engineering and project execution. Includes office work and periodic field visits.
