Supports construction project teams with estimating, bidding, purchasing, scheduling, project administration, safety processes, site meetings, and subcontractor or client communication. The intern helps track tasks, follow administrative procedures, interpret construction drawings, gather data, and support delivery of projects on time and within budget. The role requires construction management studies, Microsoft Office proficiency, familiarity with construction management applications, reliability, organization, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Manage commercial construction estimating and bidding: review plans and specs, prepare online plan rooms, solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids, develop scopes of work and budgets, submit owner proposals, coordinate with construction team, and support value-engineering and project execution. Includes office work and periodic field visits.
