Lead GigSafe’s insurance function by designing programs, managing carrier, MGA, and broker relationships, overseeing licensing and compliance, managing claims and certificate operations, and owning program economics. Partner with product and engineering to automate quoting, eligibility, certificate validation, and reporting. The role serves as the primary insurance owner and escalation point while supporting expansion into new industries.

As a Data Analyst at GigSafe, you'll manage data pipelines, analyze data using Python and SQL, and convert insights into actionable business decisions in a collaborative environment.

You will manage revenue operations including CRM systems, reporting, and enablement processes across sales, onboarding, and finance teams.
