Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models (ductwork, hydronic piping, equipment) in Revit. Size duct and piping, produce drawings and schedules from models, run clash detection, resolve coordination issues with other disciplines, maintain BIM standards, support field teams during construction, and perform QA reviews to ensure constructible mechanical systems.

Lead end-to-end site development from site selection to shovel-ready construction. Coordinate engineers and stakeholders to compress timelines and mitigate permit schedule risks while representing the company in public and agency forums.

Own end-to-end procurement for switchboard components (metals, busbars, electrical parts). Source and qualify suppliers, run RFIs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, issue and manage POs, track deliveries, mitigate long-lead risks, drive cost reductions, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure on-time production.
