Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliations, tax coordination, year-end reporting, benefits enrollment and vendor management, salary bands, bonus calculations, equity records, HRIS configuration, employee support, and audit-ready controls. Partner closely with People leadership, the Controller, accounting, vendors, and external counsel.

Own end-to-end logistics for global video and photo productions, including crew and talent staffing, scheduling, travel, budgets, vendors, contracts, and on-set coordination. Maintain production calendars, asset trackers, and documentation while supporting broader creative project timelines and dependencies. Manage international shoot logistics, freelancer networks, payments, and post-production coordination across multiple markets.

Performs field installation oversight, startup, commissioning, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of oil-filled and dry-type power transformers. Interprets electrical diagrams, conducts transformer and relay testing, evaluates oil analysis, supports energization and outage coordination, documents technical findings, and provides customer-facing recommendations. The role also supports warranty investigations, root-cause analysis, quotations, continuous improvement, and emergency service response while traveling extensively to industrial, utility, and data center sites.

Lead medium-voltage switchgear engineering across data center and manufacturing projects. Own design specifications, protection and relay coordination, short-circuit and arc-flash studies, code compliance, OEM relationships, technical bids, and factory acceptance testing. Manage and mentor MV engineers, approve electrical drawings, support construction and commissioning, resolve technical issues, and improve standardized MV design practices.

Own integrated Level 3/4 master schedules across engineering, procurement, vendors, construction, and commissioning. Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, analyze critical paths, schedule variance, SPI, and earned value, and create recovery and what-if scenarios. Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, vendors, permitting teams, and field operations; validate look-aheads; facilitate schedule reviews; and deliver executive dashboards and risk updates. Maintain schedule documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic and operational right hand by researching business questions, preparing executive and investor materials, managing cross-functional projects, coordinating meetings and travel, and representing the company with customers, investors, and partners. The role requires frequent travel, in-person work in Houston, strong communication, independent problem-solving, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion in a fast-paced infrastructure startup.

Own day-to-day quality execution for AI data center equipment, including incoming, in-process, final, and electrical inspections. Manage supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, FAI documentation, compliance matrices, test records, and Certificates of Conformance. Lead root-cause analysis, quality KPI tracking, customer complaint investigations, warranty support, and continuous improvement across chillers, e-houses, switchgear, and AI pods.

Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections for electrical power infrastructure components manufactured on the factory floor. Interpret drawings and tolerances, use measurement instruments, execute AQL sampling, document inspection results, quarantine nonconforming materials, support first article inspections, maintain traceable quality records, and assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions. The role requires close collaboration with production operators and quality leadership in an onsite Long Beach manufacturing environment.

Own complex supply chain programs from design freeze through procurement, production, quality release, and customer shipment. Build and maintain integrated master schedules, manage critical paths and risks, coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, suppliers, and customers, and provide accurate executive updates. The role requires driving commitments across teams without formal authority, resolving resource conflicts, translating engineering changes into operational impacts, and maintaining delivery timelines in fast-paced hardware manufacturing environments.

Own product finance across manufacturing, procurement, and go-to-market functions. Responsibilities include BOM-level costing, standard cost models, COGS forecasting, overhead allocation, capital expenditure analysis, product-line P&Ls, margin analysis, pricing support, dashboards, revenue operations reporting, and FP&A budgeting. Partner with procurement, manufacturing, sales, engineering, and accounting to improve cost visibility, controls, forecasting accuracy, and financial processes during rapid scale.

Own portfolio-wide data center network architecture, structured cabling, security, OT segmentation, colocation connectivity, commissioning, and production operations. Design standards and construction specifications, review contractor work, manage monitoring, changes, capacity, incidents, and documentation, and serve as the escalation point for live-site network issues. The remote role requires heavy travel to active construction and commissioning sites.

As the QA/QC Manager at Giga, you will oversee the quality assurance and control for data center construction, ensuring compliance with standards and codes. Responsibilities include developing QA/QC programs, executing inspection plans, managing non-conformance processes, and coordinating third-party inspections, all while actively participating on-site to maintain quality culture.

Own manufacturing engineering for switchboard production (metal enclosures, busbars, wiring). Develop manufacturing instructions and SOPs, lead process setup and FAI, qualify tooling/fixtures, drive production ramp and yield improvements, perform DFM/DFA reviews and process audits, manage SCARs and 8D/CAPA, define inspection/AQL plans, and integrate supplier/process data with quality systems.

The Staff Accountant will manage general ledger accounts, support the monthly close process, prepare financial statements, and improve accounting processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Own supplier industrialization for switchboard production: develop SOPs and work instructions, lead process setup and FAIs, qualify tooling and test equipment, drive throughput/yield improvements, perform supplier audits, manage SCARs and 8D/CAPA, track process capability, and define incoming inspection and AQL plans.

Lead and build a QMS and supplier quality program for electrical power products, manage incoming/in-process/final inspections, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, oversee audits and compliance (UL/NEC/NEMA), and lead a cross-border quality team supporting supplier sites in Mexico.

Own transformer quality at the Houston factory by operating the ISO 9001 quality system, executing IQC, IPQC, FAT, and OQC inspections, and ensuring IEEE, ANSI, and UL compliance. Manage supplier qualifications, audits, SCARs, NCRs, FAI documentation, calibration records, and quality technicians. Lead root-cause analysis, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, KPI tracking, customer complaints, warranty claims, and customer-witnessed FAT activities.

Own the design, deployment, and production operation of Giga’s SCADA and BMS platform across data center sites. Build Ignition-based operator screens, historians, alarms, dashboards, templates, and integrations with mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain OT connectivity, backups, documentation, and system reliability; support site testing and troubleshoot live incidents. Collaborate with network, security, controls, and site operations teams, participate in after-hours on-call support, and travel regularly to active sites.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, candidate evaluation, and closing. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define requirements, create recruiting plans, and improve hiring processes. Source passive candidates through technical communities and industry networks, deliver a strong candidate experience, maintain accurate Greenhouse pipelines and metrics, and adapt quickly in a high-growth startup environment.
