Own integrated Level 3/4 master schedules across engineering, procurement, vendors, construction, and commissioning. Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, analyze critical paths, schedule variance, SPI, and earned value, and create recovery and what-if scenarios. Coordinate stakeholders, contractors, vendors, permitting teams, and field operations; validate look-aheads; facilitate schedule reviews; and deliver executive dashboards and risk updates. Maintain schedule documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Own day-to-day quality execution for AI data center equipment, including incoming, in-process, final, and electrical inspections. Manage supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, FAI documentation, compliance matrices, test records, and Certificates of Conformance. Lead root-cause analysis, quality KPI tracking, customer complaint investigations, warranty support, and continuous improvement across chillers, e-houses, switchgear, and AI pods.

Own complex supply chain programs from design freeze through procurement, production, quality release, and customer shipment. Own portfolio-wide data center network architecture, structured cabling, security, OT segmentation, colocation connectivity, commissioning, and production operations. Design standards and construction specifications, review contractor work, manage monitoring, changes, capacity, incidents, and documentation, and serve as the escalation point for live-site network issues. The remote role requires heavy travel to active construction and commissioning sites.

Maintain OT connectivity, backups, documentation, and system reliability; support site testing and troubleshoot live incidents. Collaborate with network, security, controls, and site operations teams, participate in after-hours on-call support, and travel regularly to active sites.

Leads Giga’s global corporate IT and Digital Operations function, including identity and access, endpoints, SaaS applications, collaboration tools, business networks, employee support, vendors, technology spend, and SOC 2 audit controls. Builds service standards, onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, automation, backup coverage, and distributed team capabilities across the United States, China, and India. Partners with Security, People, Finance, and business systems teams to improve reliability, productivity, and audit readiness.

Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models (ductwork, hydronic piping, equipment) in Revit. Size duct and piping, produce drawings and schedules from models, run clash detection, resolve coordination issues with other disciplines, maintain BIM standards, support field teams during construction, and perform QA reviews to ensure constructible mechanical systems.

Lead community-entry and license-to-operate efforts for data center projects: build local relationships, run outreach and meetings, translate technical information, manage investments and commitments, monitor sentiment, and coordinate local media and issue responses. Spend substantial time on-site during development, construction, and operations to prevent and resolve reputational or project risks.

The Brand Designer will own and evolve the brand and design system, manage various design projects, and produce both static and interactive visual content for marketing and sales purposes. A proactive approach and a strong portfolio are essential.
