Discover workflows, define data and ownership standards, inspect operational data with SQL, map integrations, and partner with engineers on automation and AI-assisted workflows. Manage roadmaps, requirements, releases, adoption, training, migration, controls, and measurable operational outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Own payroll, benefits, compensation, incentive, and equity administration for a growing multi-state workforce. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliations, tax coordination, year-end reporting, benefits enrollment and vendor management, salary bands, bonus calculations, equity records, HRIS configuration, employee support, and audit-ready controls. Partner closely with People leadership, the Controller, accounting, vendors, and external counsel.

Own end-to-end logistics for global video and photo productions, including crew and talent staffing, scheduling, travel, budgets, vendors, contracts, and on-set coordination. Maintain production calendars, asset trackers, and documentation while supporting broader creative project timelines and dependencies. Manage international shoot logistics, freelancer networks, payments, and post-production coordination across multiple markets.
