The Head of Project Finance at Giga will lead capital formation for AI infrastructure projects, managing financing strategies, lender relationships, and a growing team. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating large-scale debt facilities, building internal financial infrastructures, and representing the company to capital markets.

As a Project Finance Associate, you will support capital formation for power and data center assets, execute deals, and build financial models while managing relationships with lenders and investors.

The Safety and Operations Associate will execute initiatives, coordinate cross-functionally, and solve complex problems to enhance project development strategy.
