Lead end-to-end data center projects from site feasibility through construction close-out. Own schedules, vendor and A&E management, permitting, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and program playbooks. Mentor project managers and develop repeatable templates, governance, and milestone gates to scale project delivery.

Own supplier and product quality for electrical power infrastructure in Chihuahua. Build and run a QMS (ISO 9001), lead supplier qualification and audits, design incoming/in-process/final inspections and test protocols, drive root-cause and corrective actions, maintain compliance with UL/NEC/NEMA, and lead continuous improvement and a growing quality team.

Manage day-to-day execution of data center projects from design kickoff through construction close-out. Maintain schedules, track submittals and RFIs, coordinate A&E, GC, and vendors, support permitting and utility coordination, and produce governance reporting. Own document control in Autodesk Construction Cloud and ensure design intent through energization.
