Own end-to-end delivery of data center buildouts from contract execution through commissioning and handoff. Develop schedules, milestone trackers, budgets, risk registers, and change logs; coordinate engineering, procurement, finance, manufacturing, contractors, utilities, and customers; resolve risks and blockers; lead executive project reviews; enforce accountability; and build scalable delivery processes.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic and operational right hand by researching business questions, preparing executive and investor materials, managing cross-functional projects, coordinating meetings and travel, and representing the company with customers, investors, and partners. The role requires frequent travel, in-person work in Houston, strong communication, independent problem-solving, and the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion in a fast-paced infrastructure startup.

Own internal tools and automation products supporting sourcing, purchasing, cost tracking, invoicing, and fulfillment. Discover workflows, define data and ownership standards, inspect operational data with SQL, map integrations, and partner with engineers on automation and AI-assisted workflows. Manage roadmaps, requirements, releases, adoption, training, migration, controls, and measurable operational outcomes in a fully remote environment.
