Develop and coordinate mechanical BIM models (ductwork, hydronic piping, equipment) in Revit. Size duct and piping, produce drawings and schedules from models, run clash detection, resolve coordination issues with other disciplines, maintain BIM standards, support field teams during construction, and perform QA reviews to ensure constructible mechanical systems.

Lead and grow a transformer engineering team to execute design and product development from concept to production. Drive decisions on performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost; partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations; lead root-cause investigations, establish engineering processes, and support supplier technical evaluations.

Partner with the People Operations Manager to run day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Lead onboarding/offboarding, manage HRIS records and ticketing queue, support benefits and leave administration, maintain HR documentation and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve People Ops systems and employee experience.
