The DevSecOps Engineer integrates security into software development and delivery workflows. Responsibilities include securing CI/CD pipelines, implementing SAST, SCA, secrets, container, and IaC scanning, reviewing applications and APIs, supporting threat modeling, securing Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, and building automated security controls. The role partners with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities, improve secure coding practices, track security metrics, and support application hosting migration while protecting sensitive healthcare data.

Supports daily security operations, including alert monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, endpoint, email, and identity security. The role partners across marketing, product, data, clinical, operations, and creative teams while building scalable governance, infrastructure, and processes. It requires hands-on execution, strong analytical and copywriting skills, cross-functional influence, and compliance with healthcare communication requirements.

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout office and warehouse facilities by cleaning surfaces, floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Restocks supplies, removes waste, keeps walkways clear, reports maintenance or safety issues, and supports deep cleaning and event setup. Follows safety protocols when using janitorial equipment, PPE, and cleaning chemicals. Requires reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility in a full-time onsite environment.

Own recurring and ad hoc analysis for a manufacturer program or internal domain. Responsibilities include investigating enrollment, claims, prior authorization, prescription, payer, and fulfillment data; producing validated reports; defining metrics; building Looker dashboards; documenting findings; and handling PHI compliantly. The analyst collaborates with account, operations, and manufacturer teams and periodically visits operational facilities to understand workflows.

Own the pharmacy management system product roadmap from dispensing through billing and claims. Lead program migrations, data reconciliation, legacy-system retirement, and cross-functional execution with engineering, pharmacy operations, and program teams. Write technical specifications, make tradeoff decisions, and maintain quality, compliance, and continuity in a regulated environment.

Lead day-to-day product execution for the Digihub pillar across Patient Services, CRM and Provider Tools, and AI and Automation. Translate product vision into shipped products, connect cross-area workflows, apply AI capabilities, contribute to AI evaluation strategy, and align Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services.
