Lead day-to-day product execution for the Digihub pillar across Patient Services, CRM and Provider Tools, and AI and Automation. Translate product vision into shipped products, connect cross-area workflows, apply AI capabilities, contribute to AI evaluation strategy, and align Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services. Use direct patient and provider workflow observation to drive improvements and influence the broader product team.

Provides frontline physical security at Gifthealth facilities through foot patrols, access control, surveillance monitoring, incident response, emergency assistance, reporting, visitor support, and evacuation procedures. Maintains security equipment and follows company policies and local regulations. Requires onsite availability, physical stamina, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and during escalations.

Prepare, pack, label, and inspect customer orders and production materials per SOPs. Ensure correct quantities, apply shipping documentation, maintain quality standards, assist with inventory and replenishment, follow safety and PPE requirements, and keep a clean, organized warehouse workspace.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications; provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and CI/CD/DevOps practices; manage and mentor a team of 2–8 engineers; collaborate with product, design, and operations; ensure reliability, testing, and production support; drive engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Provide day-to-day employee relations support for the Columbus site: manage caseloads, conduct investigations, advise managers on performance and policy, draft disciplinary documentation, support terminations and leave issues, track trends, research employment law, and help deliver training.

Manage intake, investigation, documentation, and 24-hour reporting of adverse events and product complaints per FDA and manufacturer requirements. Maintain audit-ready QMS records, validate case completeness, communicate with patients and teams, support trend analysis, and assist audits.

Design, implement, and optimize automated fulfillment and production processes for high-volume pharmacy operations. Integrate robotics, PLCs, and material handling systems, conduct time studies and capacity planning, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma to improve throughput, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Build and maintain user-facing features with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance. Translate designs into production-ready code, contribute to design systems and frontend architecture, ensure cross-browser responsiveness, and collaborate with product and design teams to define interaction patterns and implementation approaches.

Serve as the partner-facing product owner for a major pharmaceutical customer: triage and translate partner requests into engineering-ready specs, run working-level cadences, recommend platform investments, and coordinate across product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure delivery and alignment.

Prepare, pack, label, inspect, and ship customer orders following SOPs. Ensure correct quantities, quality, and accurate prescription/shipping labels. Support inventory, replenish packing supplies, maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow PPE and safety rules, and perform repetitive physical tasks including standing long shifts and lifting up to 30–50 lbs.

Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications and test suites; integrate third-party APIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; troubleshoot, monitor performance, participate in code reviews, and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Provide accurate dispensing, drug utilization review, immunizations and medication therapy management, supervise pharmacy staff, manage inventory and controlled substances, ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety in a high-volume, on-site pharmacy setting.
