Lead and develop Gifthealth's pharmacist organization, focusing on coaching, performance, compliance, and scalable team structures. Ensure prescription verification quality, patient safety, SOP adherence, cross-functional alignment, and growth of pharmacy leadership across on-site and remote teams.

Lead onsite IT support operations for an assigned site: manage Support I/II staff, oversee ticket queues and escalations, coordinate incidents, run deployments and asset lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure technology readiness and service continuity in a regulated healthcare environment.

Perform daily quality checks across BestRx and connected automation workflows, document and escalate issues with clear evidence, test fixes, maintain issue logs, assist in building QA training and best practices, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling and accurate data entry of findings.

Provide first‑line, on‑site IT support for workstations, peripherals, applications, access, connectivity, and standard business systems. Triage and resolve tickets, perform onboarding/offboarding and endpoint setup, document actions in the ITSM system, escalate complex issues, contribute to knowledge base articles, and maintain strong user communication and service standards.

Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects: track schedules, organize communications and meetings, maintain documentation and trackers, report progress, identify risks, and provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications; provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and CI/CD/DevOps practices; manage and mentor a team of 2–8 engineers; collaborate with product, design, and operations; ensure reliability, testing, and production support; drive engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Provide in-house employment law counsel across HR matters: draft and maintain policies, advise on multi-state compliance, handle classification, hiring, terminations, investigations, dispute resolution, NDAs and restrictive covenants, and partner with HR and leadership to manage legal risk.
