Owner of client-specific supply chain operations at a Gifthealth site. Manage onboarding, ERP/item setup, risk monitoring, contingency planning, cross-functional coordination, KPI reporting, and client communication to ensure compliant, uninterrupted fulfillment for assigned clients.

Act as primary supply chain contact for one to two clients, managing orders, inventory, inbound shipments, and client communications. Monitor risks, coordinate with warehouse/procurement/fulfillment, support client onboarding and ERP data accuracy (Acumatica), track metrics, maintain documentation, and escalate issues to management as needed. On-site in Mesa, AZ with warehouse and temperature-controlled environment exposure.

Serve as the single supply chain owner for assigned clients, overseeing onboarding, regulatory setup, day-to-day fulfillment, risk management, contingency planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant, uninterrupted service in a regulated warehouse environment.

Support sales lifecycle by maintaining CRM accuracy, managing pipeline and lead qualification, producing KPI reports and forecasts, enabling deal execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and documenting process improvements to drive scalable commercial growth.

Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies, manage employee relations, performance management, training, talent acquisition, compensation administration, compliance, and HR data analysis to support business goals and employee engagement.

Build and maintain user-facing features with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance. Translate designs into production-ready code, contribute to design systems and frontend architecture, ensure cross-browser responsiveness, and collaborate with product and design teams to define interaction patterns and implementation approaches.

Lead and manage on-site pharmacy production/fulfillment operations, including staffing, scheduling, quality, compliance (DEA/Board of Pharmacy), inventory oversight, workflow troubleshooting, audits, and process improvements. Coach and develop production staff, manage performance, and partner with pharmacists and cross-functional teams to meet daily metrics and scale operations.

Lead and grow the analytics team, own analytics strategy, reporting, and data governance. Partner with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver actionable insights, drive self-serve reporting adoption, and ensure PHI compliance across reporting pipelines.

Lead and scale the AI engineering function: design and build agentic AI systems (LLM orchestration, RAG, multi-agent), hire and mentor AI engineers, set engineering practices, collaborate with ML/Prompt/Product teams, and guide build/buy/vendor decisions for production AI infrastructure.

Manage daily employee schedules and real-time queue monitoring to meet service level targets. Develop staffing plans, analyze KPIs (service level, AHT, adherence), coordinate with operations and real-time analysts, execute adjustments to mitigate disruptions, and communicate scheduling changes to stakeholders to improve patient contact experience.

Support and maintain quality systems for pharmacy operations, focusing on equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, environmental monitoring, and cold chain quality. Drive investigations, risk assessments, CAPAs, SOPs, change control, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with GMP and distribution requirements.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across office and warehouse spaces, performing daily cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, disposing of trash, reporting maintenance/safety issues, and assisting with deep cleaning and event setup while following safety protocols.

Own Gifthealth's conference and association strategy: plan and execute conference participation, manage association partnerships, develop omnichannel media plans, track KPIs and ROI, lead cross-functional execution, and convert events and partnerships into measurable pipeline and commercial outcomes.

Lead and manage quality investigations in a regulated pharmacy setting: evaluate deviations, dispensing errors, complaints, perform root cause analysis, assess risk, develop CAPAs, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across pharmacy operations.

Manage high-priority patient escalations, coordinate cross-functional resolution, mentor Patient Care Representatives, analyze trends to improve processes, ensure HIPAA compliance, generate escalation reports, and support quality assurance and training efforts.

Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and healthcare/pharmacy regulatory matters; draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, and technology contracts; advise on HIPAA and pharmacy compliance; build scalable contract-management processes; collaborate with business stakeholders and external counsel; support corporate governance and policy development.

Perform daily quality checks across BestRx and connected automation workflows, document and escalate issues with clear evidence, test fixes, maintain issue logs, assist in building QA training and best practices, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling and accurate data entry of findings.

Lead design and architecture of critical data pipelines and platform components, set technical standards, mentor engineers, maintain orchestration infrastructure, partner across teams on roadmap and tooling, ensure PHI compliance, and evaluate new data tools to keep the stack modern and reliable.
