Manages client relationships and the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, delivery, renewals, and expansion. Coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks client KPIs, resolves issues, communicates project status, conducts sales calls and demos, prepares performance reports, and shares customer insights to improve products and account strategies. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, sales skills, and healthcare or pharmaceutical industry awareness.

Prepare, pack, label, inspect, and ship customer orders following SOPs. Ensure correct quantities, quality, and accurate prescription/shipping labels. Support inventory, replenish packing supplies, maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow PPE and safety rules, and perform repetitive physical tasks including standing long shifts and lifting up to 30–50 lbs.

Administers employee health, welfare, retirement, and leave benefits programs. Maintains accurate HRIS and carrier data, supports enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, retirement updates, and employee inquiries. Processes FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and disability leaves while ensuring documentation and legal compliance. Conducts benefits data audits, coordinates with vendors and carriers, assists employees and managers, and identifies process improvements.
