Owns end-to-end business intelligence projects across pharmacy operations, including data modeling, dbt development, LookML semantic layers, dashboard migrations, validation, and client-facing reporting. Defines and standardizes metrics, ensures reporting accuracy, mentors teammates, and builds secure PHI reporting that complies with HIPAA, masking, access-control, and BAA requirements.

Owns day-to-day administration, data integrity, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization of Gifthealth’s Acumatica ERP for supply chain operations. Manages purchasing, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, vendor and item records, BOMs, workflows, dashboards, and KPIs. Partners with Finance, IT, and Operations on system updates, integrations, documentation, training, and process improvements.

Own the Looker semantic layer, BI platform configuration, LookML project structure, and Snowflake connectivity. Design secure, multi-tenant client-facing BI access with row- and column-level controls aligned to dbt and HIPAA requirements. Establish standards for trusted content, metric governance, change control, and identity-resolution reporting. Provide technical direction and mentorship to BI developers and analysts through code reviews, pairing, and documentation while collaborating with Legal, Security, and operational teams.
