Lead day-to-day product execution for the Digihub pillar across Patient Services, CRM and Provider Tools, and AI and Automation. Translate product vision into shipped products, connect cross-area workflows, apply AI capabilities, contribute to AI evaluation strategy, and align Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services. Use direct patient and provider workflow observation to drive improvements and influence the broader product team.

Own the AI/ML engineering portfolio across multiple teams, including roadmap, staffing, platform strategy, vendor and model decisions, governance, reliability, and production KPIs. Manage engineering managers and lead engineers while building organizational leadership capacity. Partner with executives, product, operations, data, and compliance teams to deliver AI initiatives from proof of concept through general availability. Establish responsible AI practices for systems handling protected health information and oversee conversational AI platforms at scale.

Leads daily operations of automated fulfillment lines, monitors equipment and performance, troubleshoots production issues, trains associates and technicians, tracks KPIs, conducts time trials, reinforces SOPs and safety protocols, and escalates significant operational concerns. Works closely with automation maintenance, engineering, pharmacy operations, and production teams in an on-site, floor-based environment.
