The role requires Nevada bar admission, strong legal writing and communication skills, case-management proficiency, and attention to detail.

Manages personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including client communication, case documentation, deadline and statute-of-limitations monitoring, demand review, negotiation, disbursal approval, release review, and litigation coordination. The attorney also analyzes medical records and future-care needs, oversees claim specialists, participates in meetings, and maintains accurate case management system records.
