Leads the law firm’s technology strategy, governance, budget, vendor portfolio, security posture, business continuity, and project portfolio. Manages the IT department and directly supervises data analytics and internal software development. Advises executives on technology risks and opportunities, oversees platform migrations and application initiatives, develops IT leaders, and ensures reliable delivery across on-site and remote teams.

Provide litigation support for workers' compensation attorneys: manage case management system, draft pleadings and legal documents, gather evidence, handle discovery, monitor litigation calendar, communicate with clients, ensure timely filing and documentation, and complete assigned tasks to meet deadlines.

Provide administrative and legal support to Workers' Compensation Claims Specialists: process claims, maintain and document activity in the case management system, obtain medical records and bills, handle client/provider/adjuster communications, organize files, manage incoming mail/email/faxes, and complete assigned tasks and uploads by deadlines.
