Manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, candidate pipeline development, interview coordination, background checks, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, supports employer branding, maintains compliant recruitment records, and promotes a positive candidate experience.

Represents injured clients in workers’ compensation cases, managing case plans, documentation, deadlines, communications, appeals, litigation, hearings, and legal arguments. The attorney coordinates with claim and litigation specialists, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties; maintains regular client contact; drafts correspondence; reviews determinations; and ensures assigned cases progress toward resolution.

Coordinates and facilitates employee orientation, onboarding, training, and development programs. Maintains training and performance documentation, manages LMS assignments and schedules, delivers in-person and virtual training, develops learning materials, analyzes completion and onboarding metrics, identifies training gaps, and partners with leaders and subject matter experts to improve training effectiveness and operational consistency.
