Lead a savory R&D team of ~10 to design and develop new and modified savory flavors, run finished-product and industrial-scale Maillard reaction trials, ensure regulatory and shelf-life compliance, provide technical support to production, QC, purchasing and customers, and manage staff training, performance, and OHS/food-safety policies.

Identify and develop new markets and customers in Germany, maintain and grow existing accounts, coordinate R&D sample projects, prepare sales budgets and monthly reports, conduct customer visits and price offers, and support sales strategy to achieve targets across food, beverage, and related sectors.

Lead global sales and marketing for dehydrated fruit and vegetable powders. Develop category strategy, go-to-market plans, product forecasts, budgets, and vendor relationships. Drive new product development, collaborate with buying, merchandising and marketing teams, and ensure product availability and profitability across regions.

Lead product and business development for oil, fats, cocoa and food ingredients across EMEA. Act as principal contact, support and coach sales managers, drive strategic initiatives, develop market tools, manage supplier relationships, and ensure principals' objectives are met. Home-office Europe with ~30% travel.
