Manage and grow strategic relationships with pet food manufacturers and formulators across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Drive regional sales strategy, identify business opportunities, manage pipelines, coordinate pricing and forecasting with suppliers, and develop customized ingredient solutions with marketing and technical teams. Support quality and regulatory processes, build industry networks, and provide technical guidance on pet food ingredients. Frequent travel throughout the DACH region is required.

Executive leader responsible for global commercial strategy, revenue growth, sales, marketing, category management, and business development for a B2B fruit and citrus ingredients manufacturer. The role oversees international expansion across the US, Europe, and GCC; manages strategic accounts and distribution channels; drives pricing, margins, forecasting, and P&L performance; and builds a high-performing commercial organization. Deep fruit-ingredients, citrus, customer-network, and international B2B experience are essential.

Identify and develop new markets and customers in Germany, maintain and grow existing accounts, coordinate R&D sample projects, prepare sales budgets and monthly reports, conduct customer visits and price offers, and support sales strategy to achieve targets across food, beverage, and related sectors.
