The Product Implementation Associate guides clients, partners, and integrators through payment solution implementations using APIs, SDKs, and other integration methods. The role analyzes architectures and payment flows, translates business needs into technical-functional solutions, coordinates cross-functional launches, supports commercial discussions, and identifies product and implementation improvements. Candidates need payments-industry experience, technical knowledge of acquiring, payment flows, POS solutions, APIs, and integration documentation, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Manage ISV partner relationships after contract signature, coordinating activation, integrations, go-to-market plans, enablement, and commercial growth. Analyze channel performance, improve partner productivity, identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities, and report KPIs and pipeline to senior leadership. The role requires strong payments ecosystem knowledge, indirect channel management experience, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, and Spanish and English proficiency.

Coordinate and prioritize a global portfolio of Data and AI initiatives, establishing methodologies, KPIs, executive reporting, and value tracking. Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and Business teams to drive execution, scalability, compliance, and responsible AI adoption. Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams, support leadership, share best practices, and prepare reports for global and local sponsors.

Designs and implements automation and AI solutions to transform Finance processes across Brazil, Spain, and Mexico. Responsibilities include mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks and control gaps, redesigning workflows, deploying AI use cases, reducing manual work, improving management information, and partnering with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions. Success is measured through efficiency, accuracy, faster cycle times, stronger controls, and improved business insights.

Deploy and operationalize AI agents across global operations: build single and multi-agent systems, implement RAG/knowledge layers, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and own outcomes and budgets.

Lead technology risk, control implementation, and compliance for payment systems. Manage audits and evidence gathering, oversee infrastructure security (physical and cloud), guide product certifications (e.g., PCI, ISO, SPEI/SPID), and advise stakeholders while leading a small team to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Lead presales for enterprise payment solutions in Europe: advise customers, design tailored end-to-end solutions, manage RFI/RFPs, deliver executive demos, oversee implementation and client activation, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

Map, document and redesign end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, reconciliations). Identify inefficiencies, design target-state processes and RACIs, translate requirements into technology solutions (ERP, RPA, process mining, analytics), embed controls and auditability, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to drive adoption and measurable finance outcomes.
