Lead analysis, definition, and improvement of cards clearing and settlement processes across Visa and Mastercard schemes. Gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, support testing/UAT, troubleshoot reconciliation and settlement issues, coordinate scheme mandate implementations, and work with stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient transaction processing and controls.

Lead product development and launches for payments platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining JIRA backlog, conducting audits, improving team productivity and cross-functional collaboration, and delivering customer-centric payment solutions.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability on AWS. Operate and develop monitoring/alerting (Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty), define SLI/SLOs, automate processes, respond to production incidents (on‑call), troubleshoot, and collaborate with engineering to improve observability and resilience.

Lead technology risk, control implementation, and compliance for payment systems. Manage audits and evidence gathering, oversee infrastructure security (physical and cloud), guide product certifications (e.g., PCI, ISO, SPEI/SPID), and advise stakeholders while leading a small team to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Lead presales for enterprise payment solutions in Europe: advise customers, design tailored end-to-end solutions, manage RFI/RFPs, deliver executive demos, oversee implementation and client activation, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

Manage, maintain, monitor, and optimize databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL). Ensure high availability, backup and disaster recovery, security and compliance. Automate operational tasks with scripting, support cloud data architectures, and collaborate with development, data engineering, and business teams.

Map, document and redesign end-to-end finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, reconciliations).
