Lead 2LoD risk and compliance for Payments Hub: assess, manage and report payments risks; evolve frameworks, control environment, toolsets; liaise with senior stakeholders; upskill risk culture and ensure regulatory and certification readiness.

Lead evolution of global data governance operating model and embed governance standards into the enterprise Lakehouse. Coordinate governance across countries, align business domains, data engineering, and architecture, ensure data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM, security, and compliance practices are applied, and provide governance reporting.

Define and prioritize the platform roadmap, gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with Engineering/DevOps/Security to integrate AWS and platform services, protect the platform from customizations, and communicate progress to stakeholders while solving complex technical problems.
