Engage customers, understand their vehicle needs, present Ford vehicle options, guide them through the purchasing process, and build trusted relationships. The consultant will provide exceptional customer service, stay informed about products and industry trends, and collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team goals. Sales experience is preferred but not required, with training provided.

Sell new vehicles by generating leads, building customer relationships, conducting demonstrations and test drives, guiding customers through financing and paperwork, closing sales, and following up to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory, attend training, and deliver excellent customer service while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
