Implement, configure, monitor, and manage cybersecurity tools and infrastructure, handle incident response and vulnerability mitigation, maintain asset lifecycle and documentation, ensure change control and SLA compliance, support projects and provide escalation for complex security issues.

Process and reconcile payment transactions (inclearing, ACH, remote deposits, incoming wires), handle exceptions, returns and disputes, support frontline staff and security with research and resolution, assess fees, prepare affidavits, produce management data, and comply with OFAC/Reg CC and departmental policies.

Manage daily operations of bankruptcy and charge-off loans, coordinate with vendors and counsel, post and track specialty payments, maintain compliance and reporting, handle member and staff inquiries, and prepare activity reports.

Manage and optimize the organization's Workday platform: ensure data integrity, configure system settings and security, build reports/dashboards, troubleshoot issues, lead UAT, evaluate releases, and partner with HR stakeholders to implement scalable HR system solutions.

Manage post-origination credit surveillance for an assigned commercial loan portfolio. Monitor borrower performance, covenant compliance, risk ratings, watchlist administration, annual reviews, concentration exposure, and prepare portfolio risk reporting while coordinating with lending, credit, special assets, and auditors to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Lead large, complex projects across technical and business domains using PMI methodologies. Create and maintain project plans, track metrics, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery on time and on budget. Foster business relationships and support change management and transition to operations.

Support product and operational decisions by building staff-facing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, conducting deep-dive analyses and experiments, ensuring data governance, and delivering actionable insights across Product, Lending, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.

Support and execute the credit union's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program by monitoring transactions, preparing CTRs and SARs, reviewing alerts, maintaining records, using Verafin, and assisting management with regulatory inquiries and reviews.

Provide specialist support for online and mobile banking channels, troubleshoot sign-in/device/browser issues, process secure member messages, compile channel usage reports, liaise with vendors (Alkami, PSCU) and IT, and train/support frontline staff during high call volumes.

Manage the credit union's litigation portfolio and dispute resolution efforts; oversee outside counsel, discovery, subpoenas, and settlements; advise business partners on legal risk and regulatory responses; coordinate internal investigations and legal process administration; develop mitigation strategies, policies, and training to reduce litigation risk while supporting operational objectives.

Oversee accounting operations, month/quarter/year-end close, regulatory and financial reporting (GAAP), audit coordination, budgeting support, GL controls, AP oversight, and lead accounting staff. Drive process improvements, support strategic projects (M&A, system conversions), and serve as liaison with auditors and regulators.
