Processes mailed deposits, payments, returned checks, ACH transactions, new account forms, IRA forms, and deposit verifications. Supports staff with documentation requirements, responds to Deposit Services inquiries, reviews special account requests, and assists Fraud department activities. Ensures compliance with credit union policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and applicable regulatory requirements while providing member service and resolving operational issues.

Implement, configure, monitor, and manage cybersecurity tools and infrastructure, handle incident response and vulnerability mitigation, maintain asset lifecycle and documentation, ensure change control and SLA compliance, support projects and provide escalation for complex security issues.

Manage daily operations of bankruptcy and charge-off loans, coordinate with vendors and counsel, post and track specialty payments, maintain compliance and reporting, handle member and staff inquiries, and prepare activity reports.
