Supports students throughout the enrollment lifecycle by processing applications, admissions, financial and academic records, reviewing accounts receivable, registering non-degree students, preparing reports, assisting with orientation, and participating in recruiting events. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, phone, and computing skills and is on-site in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Leads major-gift fundraising for Georgia Military College by managing up to 175 prospects, developing individualized engagement strategies, soliciting gifts of $25,000–$250,000, and achieving $750,000 in annual revenue accountability. Builds donor relationships, prepares proposals, partners with institutional leaders and volunteers, supports stewardship and solicitation initiatives, represents the institution at events, and travels extensively to meet donors.

Lead cadet operations and direct the Service Academy Preparatory Program (SAPP). Plan and execute cadet training, logistics, events, and mentorship. Manage SAPP scholar recruitment, preparation, liaison with service academies, recordkeeping, scholarship stewardship, reporting, staff supervision, and occasional travel for recruiting and academy events.
