Develop pre-drill pore pressure and fracture gradient models using seismic and offset well data; monitor real-time drilling data to update forecasts; advise mud weight windows; assess wellbore stability to mitigate collapse or lost circulation; collaborate with mud loggers, drilling engineers, and operations geologists on rig-based operations.

Manage the technical department and day-to-day operations at a Geolog operating base. Attend client operations meetings, review performance versus client needs, ensure operations meet approved budgets, identify profitability and sales opportunities for mud/surface logging services, and provide marketing with account performance feedback.

Perform root-cause failure analysis on oilfield logging equipment, document solutions in the Leonardo database, create FAQs and multimedia technical notes, raise change requests for manufacturing, and implement preventative maintenance programs.

Perform geochemical data analysis and produce interpretation reports using specialized software. Apply geochemical and geological workflows, manage geochemical databases, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver client-focused insights on petroleum-related projects.

Serve as the internal product/domain expert for advanced oilfield services, supporting operations, customers and R&D. Create and maintain manuals, training, reports and quality controls; support project start-ups and installations; perform log/report quality checks; provide customer and field support; track project experience and KPIs; recommend product improvements and market positioning.
