Owns global data transmission and management services from demonstration through delivery and quality assurance. Responsibilities include defining WITSML, KPI, RTOC, and RTOM services; documenting procedures; training teams; supporting proposals, sales demonstrations, service launches, troubleshooting, and customer care; coordinating with developers, suppliers, clients, and product teams; and driving service improvements. The role requires technical understanding of data management workflows, project management skills, communication ability, and international travel availability.

Provide onsite acquisition and analysis of drilling data during rig operations, install and maintain GEOLOG systems, perform real-time monitoring, generate technical logs and reports, act as first-line client technical support, and manage/train mud logging team while ensuring rig safety compliance.

Analyze drilling data in real time, install and maintain Geolog software/hardware, produce logs and technical reports, liaise with onsite clients and geology staff, collect and describe formation samples, and lead/train surface logging team members.

Fast-track training program to become a Data Engineer through intensive classroom and field training. Provide rig-site data operations support after company-provided training, progressing to specialist drilling-data roles. Targeted at recent graduates from relevant STEM and engineering disciplines with strong interest in oil & gas field work.

Manage the technical department and day-to-day operations at a Geolog operating base. Attend client operations meetings, review performance versus client needs, ensure operations meet approved budgets, identify profitability and sales opportunities for mud/surface logging services, and provide marketing with account performance feedback.

Perform geochemical data analysis and produce interpretation reports using specialized software. Apply geochemical and geological workflows, manage geochemical databases, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver client-focused insights on petroleum-related projects.

Serve as the internal product/domain expert for advanced oilfield services, supporting operations, customers and R&D. Create and maintain manuals, training, reports and quality controls; support project start-ups and installations; perform log/report quality checks; provide customer and field support; track project experience and KPIs; recommend product improvements and market positioning.

Collect and monitor geological data and samples during drilling using real-time data acquisition systems; interpret data to advise drilling team on safety and drilling conditions; provide onsite technical support, assist well site geologist during coring, and maintain proactive health and safety practices.

Monitor drilling activity in real time, collect and describe cuttings and samples, maintain safety by interpreting drilling data and alerting teams, provide onsite technical support for equipment failures, and assist the well site geologist during coring operations. Work on rotational, international assignments.
