Junior Operations Manager will be part of the management team responsible for the day to day operations of Geolog Operating Base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:
- Managing the technical department
- Attending operations meetings with clients
- Reviewing the current operations performance and confirm with the customer that the solution meets their Surface Logging needs.
- Ensuring operations meet expected Management approved Budgets
- Evaluating and implementing mechanisms to improve company profitability
- Identifying selling opportunities for Mud Logging Services and client intelligence
- Providing Marketing Management with frequent, timely feedback on account performance (share, potential, and competitive position against other Surface Logging Service companies) in order to facilitate planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Graduated with Geology / Engineering or relevant subject.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Surface Logging (Mud Logging)
- Highly knowledgeable in Surface Logging technology
- International exposure
- Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
- Highly organized with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluent in English.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills Required
