Lead end-to-end oversight of an automated Travel Management System and travel operations, including TMS implementation/integration, vendor and contract management, travel policy governance, risk management/duty of care, travel claim audits, and customer support. Ensure compliance, financial controls, SLAs, and continuous improvement while engaging executives and stakeholders.

Lead technical architecture and integrations for a federal SAP Concur Travel Management System. Design interfaces (APIs, flat files, middleware, GDS), manage data migration and mapping, develop and test inbound/outbound interfaces, ensure secure authentication and compliance with Federal Travel Regulation, and support deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
