Owns full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer support, and ATS administration. Builds talent networks and market maps, supports recruiting metrics, internships, and process improvements using AI tools. May also contribute to performance management, learning and development, organizational design, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives.

Leads portfolio finance for distributed generation and community solar assets, including construction and permanent debt, tax equity, incentive monetization, financial modeling, forecasts, KPIs, diligence, facility administration, and closing execution. Partners across investments, delivery, asset management, treasury, FP&A, and accounting to improve capital efficiency and cash generation. Builds scalable governance, controls, processes, and team capabilities while managing lender and tax equity relationships.

The Assistant Project Manager will support project onboarding within the Community Solar portfolio, oversee contractors, manage stakeholders, track budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining organized documentation.

Senior corporate counsel responsible for governance, stockholder and capitalization matters, M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, restructurings, asset sales, and corporate financing transactions. The role advises executives and cross-functional leaders, manages outside counsel, improves legal processes and approval frameworks, and independently drives complex matters from structuring through closing.

The Analyst, Investment will lead financial modeling, execute due diligence on infrastructure assets, and support investment structuring and negotiations across Generate's energy portfolio.

Perform credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring for sustainable infrastructure investments: build and validate financial models, conduct multi-disciplinary due diligence, prepare investment memoranda, assess credit risk and structuring, support transaction execution, and assist origination and fund materials.

Execute daily treasury operations including cash positioning, reconciliations, payments, and ACH/wires.
