Perform credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring for sustainable infrastructure investments: build and validate financial models, conduct multi-disciplinary due diligence, prepare investment memoranda, assess credit risk and structuring, support transaction execution, and assist origination and fund materials.

The Analyst, Investment will lead financial modeling, execute due diligence on infrastructure assets, and support investment structuring and negotiations across Generate's energy portfolio.

Originate, underwrite and execute energy infrastructure investments focused on powering large loads and data centers. Conduct market research, build customer and developer coverage, translate customer needs into investable solutions, and lead deal diligence through investment committee and closing while mentoring junior team members.

Execute daily treasury operations including cash positioning, reconciliations, payments, and ACH/wires. Support cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, FX and funding activities, short-term investments, corporate card programs, treasury reporting, policy and controls, and ad hoc analyses and projects.

As Counsel for Project Development, provide legal support for energy projects, manage regulatory compliance, and negotiate development agreements. Collaborate with various teams to ensure project execution from inception through construction.

Lead development of a proactive equipment sourcing and procurement function for power generation and related electrical equipment. Build vendor relationships, map market supply, negotiate pricing and terms, support project delivery and warranties, establish procurement policies and controls, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure technical fit and rapid equipment deployment.

Lead regional and state policy and regulatory strategy to advance Generate's commercial priorities in SPP and ERCOT. Monitor FERC/PUC and ISO/RTO activity, engage stakeholders and trade groups, coordinate consultants and lobbyists, support interconnection and origination teams, and develop community engagement to enable project execution.

Support capital formation and financing execution across corporate, HoldCo, SPV, and portfolio levels. Build advanced financial models, prepare investor/lender materials, lead due diligence, monitor markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital strategy and valuation work.
