Lead development-phase engineering for large-load data center power solutions, including natural gas generation, battery storage, grid, and hybrid systems. Own technical feasibility, standards, risk assessment, design approvals, and readiness through Notice to Proceed, while supporting construction, commissioning, and operations. Coordinate EPC/EPCM firms, OEMs, utilities, owner’s engineers, procurement, commercial teams, and project delivery. Standardize engineering practices, review technical deliverables and contracts, manage external engineering resources, and mitigate schedule, cost, and performance risks across multiple projects.

Leads portfolio finance for distributed generation and community solar assets, including construction and permanent debt, tax equity, incentive monetization, financial modeling, forecasts, KPIs, diligence, facility administration, and closing execution. Partners across investments, delivery, asset management, treasury, FP&A, and accounting to improve capital efficiency and cash generation. Builds scalable governance, controls, processes, and team capabilities while managing lender and tax equity relationships.

The Assistant Project Manager will support project onboarding within the Community Solar portfolio, oversee contractors, manage stakeholders, track budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining organized documentation.
