Build and operate the recruiting function for frontier AI research and engineering teams. Own full-cycle technical recruiting, develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines, improve interview processes, leverage AI recruiting tools, optimize candidate experience, strengthen employer branding, and organize talent events. The role requires recruiting experience across AI researchers, technical staff, software engineers, data engineers, and machine learning professionals, plus an existing NYC technical and research network.

Own the company-wide testing roadmap, analytics instrumentation, data-pipeline improvements, KPI reporting, and product analytics. Identify opportunities in user data, communicate insights to leadership, contribute to product planning, and support industry thought-leadership publications. The role requires expertise in A/B and conjoint testing, strong storytelling, independent roadmap management, and experience working in CI/CD environments.

Secure cloud infrastructure and data pipelines for AI research and creator platform. Harden GCP/Kubernetes/containers, enforce IAM and secrets management, protect software supply chain, run op-sec program (threat modeling, red teams, IR), and ensure compliance for creator and training data.

Build and ship high-quality React features for an Electron desktop app at scale. Iterate quickly, optimize code performance, run A/B tests, measure usage metrics, and collaborate closely with product and community to deliver creator-focused experiences.

Lead US accounting, reporting, and compliance end-to-end: manage general ledger and month-end close, own US and international tax and payroll compliance, run audits and financial reporting, automate finance processes, and coordinate external advisors and auditors across jurisdictions.

General Intuition seeks curious, resourceful technical interns and new grads to work on large action and world models that perceive, predict, and act across virtual and physical environments. Roles are tailored to each candidate across Medal and General Intuition; there is no formal program or fixed job description.

Own on-call and incident response for large-scale video ingestion and social infrastructure. Drive reliability, scaling (DB sharding, Elasticsearch), IaC with Terraform, GCP/Kubernetes operations, CI/CD, and lead postmortems and cross-team infra work.

Own and build the end-to-end desktop and server platform for human-feedback data collection: integrate Electron and a C#/.NET recorder, implement anti-cheat/fraud detection, operate the payments ledger in Java/Spring Boot with Postgres, build Next.js admin tools in TypeScript/React, harden deployments on GCP and Cloudflare, run marketplace A/B cohort mechanics, and build compliance tooling.

Design and build highly scalable, low-latency backend services and APIs. Collaborate with product, infra, and data teams to architect systems, mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and operate services handling thousands of requests per second.

Build and ship Medals iOS experience: real-time recording, clipping, social feeds, content discovery, and chat. Shape mobile architecture, drive end-to-end projects, collaborate with designers and backend teams, use analytics and user feedback to iterate quickly for millions of users.

Build and own ClipBox end-to-end: design and implement fullstack features, scale real-time video tracking and analytics, implement secure payments and payouts, integrate social APIs, ship product iterations, and collaborate closely with product and design.

Design consumer-facing product experiences for gaming and creator communities across mobile and desktop. Own end-to-end flows and the design system, collaborate closely with engineers, iterate post-launch, and ensure accessibility and polished interactions used by millions of players.
