Own the company’s trust and safety function across content moderation, user data, platform transparency, and regulatory compliance. Build and evaluate detection systems, automate manual review, define safety metrics, optimize costs, guide product and engineering roadmaps, monitor global regulations, and develop the safety team. The role requires hands-on SQL and Python skills, experience with classifiers and LLM-based review, and leadership in consumer platforms with user-generated content at scale.

Own US accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, bank accounts, cash forecasting, and month-end close. Support revenue recognition, audits, tax filings, and investor diligence while maintaining accurate, audit-ready ledgers. The role also involves bringing accounting functions in-house, automating processes with Rillet and Ramp, and coordinating intercompany and consolidation activities across US and European entities.

Deploy AI and robotics models on real-world hardware, optimizing inference for constrained edge systems and integrating sensors, controls, middleware, and legacy systems. Diagnose failures across calibration, dynamics, timing, and perception; evaluate model performance rigorously; and collaborate with research teams, customers, and partners to move systems from simulation and prototypes into production.
