Provides Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, peripherals, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoots Windows and Mac systems, networks, security alerts, printers, meeting-room technology, and mobile devices. Manages onboarding, offboarding, permissions, equipment maintenance, ticket documentation, and issue escalation. Supports employees through onsite, remote, phone, and ticketing channels while coordinating with global IT teams and vendors. This hybrid role requires onsite work three days weekly and occasional after-hours support.
