Execute and optimize SEO initiatives for local businesses. Responsibilities include technical SEO audits, crawl and indexing troubleshooting, on-page optimization, internal linking, redirects, metadata, keyword research, content optimization, SEO quality assurance, and organic performance analysis. The role requires ownership of assigned tasks, independent remote work, and collaboration with the Marketing team to identify SEO opportunities and support strategy.

Provides end-user and technical support for business systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, integrations, automations, and telephony workflows. Maintains Zoho systems, builds workflows with automation platforms, creates dashboards and data queries, troubleshoots integrations and call-center technology, and identifies process-improvement opportunities. The role also documents solutions, collaborates across teams, manages priorities, and uses AI tools for research, troubleshooting, and productivity.

Manage client accounts in an ecommerce fulfillment setting, ensuring smooth operations and communication between clients and warehouse processes. Responsibilities include onboarding, troubleshooting, and reporting on performance metrics.

Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close. Processes invoices and payments, maintains vendor and customer records, assists with financial reporting and accounting projects, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, organization, communication, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. This is a fully remote role, with preference for candidates based in Latin America.

Provide remote subscription retention support by handling account maintenance, payment updates, collections, cancellations, and follow-ups. Use CRM to document interactions, meet retention and customer experience goals, and collaborate with the team to improve processes.

Serve as the internal Zoho subject-matter expert to administer and optimize Zoho One apps, design BI reporting and dashboards, improve data quality and models, build Deluge automations and integrations, and partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable systems and training.
