Own customer deployments for Navy and defense manufacturing programs, serving as the bridge between Gecko’s robotics and AI platform and customer outcomes. Lead cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams from problem definition through implementation, manage executive and technical stakeholder relationships, translate data into strategic recommendations, and drive successful adoption across foundries, forges, and manufacturers. The role requires up to 50% travel and U.S.-person eligibility for export-controlled and government-system access.

As a Software Engineer, you will lead the rearchitecture of Rolodex, optimize data performance, enhance developer experience, and automate cloud infrastructure.

Lead development and implementation of quality systems, inspection plans, supplier qualification, failure analysis, corrective actions, audits, and metrics across product development and operations. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with standards, drive supplier accountability, and improve inspection and calibration processes. Up to 25% travel.

Design and implement ROS2-based control, perception, and motion-planning systems for 6-axis industrial manipulators. Integrate vision and 3D sensors, optimize inspection throughput, own system-level integration with industrial hardware, and support deployment and validation in production environments while meeting government clearance eligibility requirements.

Design end-to-end product experiences at the intersection of manufacturing, robotics, and physical AI. Conduct field research at customer plants, translate insights into scalable product concepts, prototype solutions (including code), collaborate with engineers and strategists, and iterate based on real-world use to improve workflows, throughput, and safety.

Coordinate high-volume phone, video, and onsite interviews; manage complex calendars and ATS workflows; serve as primary candidate contact; improve recruiting operations; build relationships with hiring managers and interviewers; support special recruiting projects and travel domestically up to 25%.

The Deployment Lead manages high-impact customer deployments, collaborates with product strategists, engages stakeholders, drives execution, and ensures Cantilever delivers business outcomes.

Lead development of navigation systems for underwater robots, focusing on sensor fusion and localization in GPS-denied environments while utilizing advanced filtering algorithms.

Manage robot fleet capacity through build events, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Oversee materials, inventory, BOMs, logistics, and depot capabilities across U.S. and UAE sites. Coordinate cross-functional teams, enforce configuration management, ensure compliance with import/export rules, and drive continuous improvement for repeatable, reliable operations.
