Lead industrial software deployments from kickoff through go-live across customer sites. Configure platforms, validate asset data against engineering documentation, test workflows, resolve deployment issues, train users, track requirements and risks, and provide technical customer support. The role applies plant systems knowledge, equipment and asset data expertise, and software integration experience to ensure accurate facility representations and successful adoption.

Supports aerospace engineering programs by performing aircraft structural design, CAD, drawing and scan-data analysis, GD&T, and engineering workflow development. Develops and validates analytical methods and tools, leads technical reviews, manages work packages, and engages customer engineering teams. Partners with software and robotics teams to translate requirements into practical solutions, supports aerospace product direction and proposals, and mentors team members. The role primarily supports a U.S. Navy aircraft program and requires approximately 20% travel.

Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Partner with commercial and operations leaders to forecast revenue, cash, profitability, capacity, and investments. Lead monthly reviews, build KPI dashboards and scenarios, improve planning and reporting processes, and support fundraising, investor reporting, M&A analysis, valuations, and due diligence. This hands-on individual contributor role requires strong modeling, accounting knowledge, communication, and operational decision support.
