Teams at Gecko Robotics

The People Partner will scale the People function by managing performance processes, employee lifecycle programs, learning and development, culture initiatives, people analytics, compliance, employee communications, recognition, and employee relations. The role advises and coaches managers and employees, resolves workplace concerns, develops scalable HR processes, and supports organizational growth while maintaining compliance with employment legislation.

Own customer deployments for Navy and defense manufacturing programs, serving as the bridge between Gecko’s robotics and AI platform and customer outcomes. Lead cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams from problem definition through implementation, manage executive and technical stakeholder relationships, translate data into strategic recommendations, and drive successful adoption across foundries, forges, and manufacturers. The role requires up to 50% travel and U.S.-person eligibility for export-controlled and government-system access.

The role involves building automated testing systems, ensuring software quality, improving test coverage, and debugging across software and hardware boundaries, with opportunities for field testing.
