Manages accounts receivable for complex accounts, including reconciliations, collections communications, payments, refunds, credit memos, customer master files, and month-end close support. Troubleshoots accounting, ERP, order entry, and system integration issues while coordinating with sales, customer service, operations, fulfillment, and order entry teams. The role also supports process improvements, customer inquiries, and cross-departmental issue resolution.

Processes bulk and brand-specific customer orders from entry through delivery, purchasing items from suppliers and coordinating with Sales, Fulfillment, and internal teams.
