Manages accounts receivable for complex accounts, including reconciliations, collections communications, payment processing, credit memos, refunds, customer inquiries, master file maintenance, and month-end close support. Troubleshoots accounting, ERP, order-entry, and system integration issues while collaborating with sales, customer service, operations, fulfillment, and order-entry teams. Supports process improvement and department coverage.

Processes bulk and brand-specific customer orders from entry through delivery, purchasing items from suppliers and coordinating with Sales, Fulfillment, and internal teams. The role resolves delays, maintains order accuracy, updates workflow processes, supports continuous improvement, and manages shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
