Support the Lean team in continuous improvement initiatives (time studies, Kaizen events, Gemba walks) to reduce cycle and lead time. Track KPIs/DMS metrics, assist material flow and Moonshine area projects, document standard work, and prepare reports while collaborating with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
