Partners with service, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, HR, regulatory, and distribution teams to improve operational excellence and customer experience. Provides people leadership, represents the business in executive and industry forums, and drives regional strategic alignment.

Oversee HR Operations processes across Greater China, including daily operations, outsourced service delivery, controls, audits, metrics, and compliance. Serve as a People Experience SME resolving complex employee and People Leader inquiries with HRBPs, COEs, and business teams. Provide guidance, coordinate cross-functional projects, support service delivery, and identify improvements to HR processes, knowledge content, and digital support tools.

Rotational technology development program providing hands-on experience across cybersecurity, data analytics, technical product and project management, artificial intelligence, application development, and IT infrastructure.
