Provides day-to-day Environmental, Health, and Safety support at manufacturing sites and fixed facilities. Executes EHS policies and strategies, analyzes and resolves problems, documents and plans programs, and collaborates across teams. Manages small- to medium-sized customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. Oversees project resources, staffing, performance development, customer satisfaction, profit and loss, and departmental execution. Applies technical expertise and analytical thinking to resolve complex manufacturing and project issues, improve processes, and meet quality, volume, and timeline standards. Communicates expectations, supports team consensus, and provides guidance to less-experienced colleagues.

Provides customer-facing clinical and technical support for GE Healthcare ultrasound reporting and image-management products. Responsibilities include prioritizing support requests, troubleshooting complex clinical and IT issues, documenting resolutions, achieving first-call resolution, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on ViewPoint experience in a clinical setting, ultrasound application knowledge, DICOM and healthcare workflow familiarity, strong communication skills, and the ability to support customers independently during designated U.S. business hours.
