The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing marketing automation, CRM integration, data quality, and performance measurement to enhance GBG's global marketing processes.

Manage a portfolio of ANZ SMB customers as a trusted advisor to retain and grow revenue. Ensure smooth handover from new business, forecast sales via CRM, build executive relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor market trends, and deliver customer-focused improvements to meet sales targets.

Lead and scale a North American Solutions Engineering team to drive presales strategy, technical win rates, and customer outcomes. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design solutions, coach engineers, adopt AI-enabled practices, and support enterprise deals while managing hiring, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as strategic partner for a portfolio of clients from onboarding through adoption and renewal. Build relationships, drive product engagement, define health metrics, manage renewals and expansions, run business reviews and account plans, translate data into success stories, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve business outcomes.

Lead the core verification engine for global address and contact verification: drive discovery, define product strategy, partner with engineering and data science to improve accuracy, latency, throughput and resilience, productise AI/ML components responsibly, engage enterprise customers, run experiments and measure outcomes (conversion, match rates, cost), and deliver platform capabilities (APIs/SDKs, observability, SLAs) at scale.

Design, build, and deploy production ML models and MLOps pipelines for fraud and AML detection across batch and real-time scoring. Collaborate with engineering and data teams on feature engineering, optimize low-latency model performance, run validation and A/B tests, and mentor junior engineers while aligning to architecture standards.

Design, develop, deploy, and improve production-grade machine learning and computer vision models. Evaluate model performance, analyze data, support MLOps/CI-CD pipelines, resolve production issues, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable ML solutions.

Lead GBG's global content strategy and editorial roadmap, manage and develop the Content team, and create high‑impact thought leadership, campaign narratives and executive messaging. Build content governance, run end‑to‑end content operations, oversee editorial calendar and agency/freelancer relationships, and define KPIs with Marketing Operations to measure and optimize content performance.

Design, implement, deploy, and monitor production-grade ML and computer vision models (CNNs, transformers, vision-language). Evaluate models, analyze data, improve robustness, support MLOps/CI-CD, and mentor junior engineers within an Agile team.

Lead full enterprise sales cycle across North America to acquire new logos and expand accounts. Build pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, negotiate complex deals, hit revenue targets, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption of Loqate and broader GBG identity, fraud, and location solutions.
